How to list your property

1. Read the Terms and Conditions.
2. Click on Subscribe and Pay.
3. Enter details as required, and submit your payment. Ackowledgement of your payment will be sent by email- once payment is approved you may upload your property information.(If you prefer, contact our staff on info@resnq.com.au for direct deposit facilities if you do not have a credit card. We will send you a receipt of payment and a secure login.)
4. To upload property information -click on LOG IN in top menu to access listing details page. 
   Identify your user name and password.Fill in details of your property and click on SUBMIT button at end of page.(Note - page will time out after about 20 minutes) 
5. We will check your listing, give it a unique property ID number, create a Google map sync, check the photo display and upload the listing  to this website.
6. We will also mail or deliver a FOR SALE or FOR RENT sign to your property.
7. Manage your listing yourself if selling privately by logging in at any time to add or change photos, withdraw the property, or mark it as sold or rented.
8. If you are marketing through Real Estate Services NQ all the work listed above is done for you!

• Featured key details, such as the number of bedrooms, at the top of the listing.
• Comprehensive selection of property characteristics.

When a customer clicks on the enquiry about property button, you receive an email with details of their query. Spam protection is on.
