Users of this website must not access information not intended for the purpose of the website, utilize any program that will place excessive demand on the website’s functions or gain unauthorized access to the website by hacking, use of spiders or scrapers or password mining etc.

Advertisers and links from this web site to third parties are completely separate entities and therefore H2O Cape Trib Pty Ltd is not responsible for any content or the security of these sites or availability of their products and services.

All payments and charges are in Australian Dollars. GST is inclusive. Secure internet payment arrangements are provided by Eway or direct deposit into H2O Cape Trib Pty Ltd account can be arranged. Once payment has been received the real estate listing will be checked and uploaded to the website. There is no refund of payments after the listing has been uploaded. The user retains the right to edit, withdraw or add /change photos of their listing. The user retains the right to take advantage of promotions that are made from time to time but not on existing listings already paid for– only on new listings taken up.

Corflute signs will be sent in the mail or delivered to the property during the first week of the property being listed. Delivery times will vary due to distance and Australia Post arrangements. A For Sale or For Rent sign will be included in the listing price.

Use of www.resnq.com.au web site is subject to Australian law, both Queensland State and Federal.

H2O Cape Trib Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, correct or delete any part of this website including these Terms and Conditions at any time.
